BIOGRAPHY


Producer, director of contemporary art films and photographer, Muriel Guingand has been developing a body of work dedicated to visual creation and large-scale international collaborative projects for over twenty years.

2026

Created Dream Exit a collection of black and white photographic portraits.

2019
Directed the video Klaus Guingand in transit...

2012–2016
Producer of the global artwork Art Warning the World created by contemporary artist Klaus Guingand.
This project brought together 200 visual artists from 200 countries and unfolded through 200 artworks (flags), 200 videos, 200 photographs, and a warning translated into 137 national languages.

2004–2011
Directed the film Shadow Follows the Substance featuring the participation of twenty leading contemporary artists.

2010
Directed the film La Fente based on an idea by Klaus Guingand.
Directed the film Parc Monceau selected by British director Ridley Scott for his film project "Life in a Day".

2009
Directed the film Discoveries / Reactions presented in 2010 at the Creative Video Biennial at the Guggenheim Museum. This film was selected among the best creations of The Force of Art.

It was broadcast on Cultures TV and Art Channel, screened at the AAF Paris Art Fair, and shown at the Galerie G, gallery in Paris.
That same year, she produced MAFIART a monumental work by Klaus Guingand, exhibited at Art Basel Miami.

1999
Production of the film In God We Trust with international art critic Pierre Restany and contemporary artist Klaus Guingand.

1995
Producer of the event 100 Shadows at the Louvre (Charles V Moat, Louvre Carrousel, Paris), under the patronage of French Prime Minister Édouard Balladur and Minister of Culture Philippe Douste-Blazy, with
the sponsorship of Carla Bruni and Peter Gabriel
